Trung started DTT in 2003, and now serves as the Managing Director. Under Trung?s leadership, DTT has expanded into the U.S., Asia and Europe and become especially strong in working with Government of Vietnam. Since, DTT has won several national IT awards including best software outsourcing, most impressive growth and best IT training. Also serving as Chief Architect Consultant, Trung is leading the team to engage with Vietnamese government on several large initiatives including: Designing Enterprise Architecture for e-Government (Ministry of Planning and Investment), IT Strategic planning (Ministry of Finance); Develop the program of 10 Million PCs and AppStore for the poor, Plan to support Free and Open source in Vietnam, Policy building for Vietnam IT 2020 (Ministry of Information and Telecommunication);And most recently DTT has stack integrated a first of its kind Open source E-government Platform for Vietnam (started with Danang city) based on full Open source stack of CentOS, JBoss, ServiceMix, uEngine, Liferay, Pentaho, Alfresco?

Trung and DTT are particularly interested in OpenStack for the strategic breakthrough it can bring to Vietnam ? a developing country that must rely heavily on IT to find its way to growth.
